RETURNS / REFUNDS

LACE FRONT WIGS/ INVISA-WEFTS/ LACE PARTIALS

All custom wig and hair addition purchases are final and non-cancelable. Universal precautions were set to prohibit the exchange and/or return of hair pieces due to sanitary guidelines and control. Please understand that each order is customized to suit our clients individually. Double-check your order and information to be certain that your information is accurate. These terms are legally binding and will be used as verification of the client's understanding that no refund, credits or adjustments will be given.  Please note that a custom order cannot be cancelled once you've been notified that the order has been processed.

Measurements are provided for In-Stock Lace Wigs.  Please review the measurements thoroughly before placing an order. Click on the posted picture for full details regarding the unit. Refunds will not be made for In-Stock Lace Wigs.  All In-Stock Lace Wigs will be delivered in 14 days.

SUPPLIES/MANUALS/LEARNING MATERIALS

All unused  products may be returned if postmarked within 10 days of our shipment date for a refund (less shipping). Refundable items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.   Any packages that have been clearly used or opened will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be given.  Items not returned within the 10-day refund period will not be honored.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all postage fees when returning the package.

Please contact us before returning an item.  We will promptly assign an Authorization Number for your return.  All items require an Authorization Number to process the refund .

Items are expeted to be returned within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization number.

PayPal customers will receive the refund via PayPal.  The customer will recieve an confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

 DVD

DVD videos are made for playback on a DVD player, not a PC.  If you happen to receive a defective DVD, contact us, then return it and we will gladly exchange it for a new one!  *Please note that DVDs that have been opened and viewed are not eligible for a refund.**
