HOW TO SEAL HAIR EXTENSION WEFTS AND MORE...

The purpose of sealing hair extenstion wefts (or tracks) is to keep the weft from unraveling and shedding when cut.  Many manufacturers do not double-stitch their wefts therefore leaving the hair vulnerable to shedding.   However, if the weft IS double-stitched, some clients feel that the wefts are too thick and give the style a bulky appearance.  Therefore, you are now able to seal with wefts before creating your style.   Allow the wefts to dry completely before attaching them to your head.  Your sealant should be clear, light and flexible so that your needle can easily pierce the weft.

WIG MODIFICATIONS:  ADDING HIGHLIGHTS

This tutorial was designed to help our clients create flair by adding their own unique combination of color and highlights to a wig.   Have you ever saw a wig that you wanted to buy that had the perfect highlights, style and texture then later find out that there were no more available?  Now you can modify any wig and personalize it the way you want it.   You can add highlights of any color, length and texture to accent the wig.   The steps are simple and easy.  Best of all, the hightlights are not permanent!  You can remove the highlights at anytime and/or switch them with an entirely different color!

ADDING BABY HAIR TO YOUR RETAIL AND CUSTOM LACE FRONT WIG

A MUST SEE VIDEO!   You can now instantly transform the appearance of your retail lace front wig by adding baby hair.  Yes, we do know that there are some retail wigs being sold that include baby hair....but does the wig match your natural hairline??  Most likely not.  If a wig was not customized for you, then you are being forced to wear the manufactured hairline.  A manufactured hairline is totally straight and give a "chopped" appearance.  No one's hairline is totally straight, therefore your wig does not look natural.  You can now minimize or completely eliminate the "chopped" look by creating a hairline that mirrors your natural hairline.

This technique is a great addition to your wig-making skills!
